Cazcabel Tequila
Cazcabel takes its name from a legendary healer said to have wandered the Jalisco mountains centuries ago, using local plants and age-old traditions to craft natural remedies. The tequila that carries his name is made by a family who have farmed agave in the region for generations, using blue agave grown on their own highland fields and nothing more than agave, water and yeast. It is a hands-on approach, with the family involved from planting through to the final bottle.
Alongside the classic Blanco, Reposado and Añejo styles, the range also extends into flavoured tequila liqueurs built on the same blue agave base, giving a lighter way into the category. Whichever style you reach for, it mixes well over ice or in a simple cocktail, and our mixers range is a good place to start.
