Old School by name and nature, this is classic, robustly flavoured Hawke's Bay Chardonnay from a producer synonymous with that style. Vinted by Beach House as a direct favour, this chardonnay takes the standard Beach House style up a notch and adds extra weight and texture. The kicker is that Old School is selling below the price of the standard Beach House label. You'll never get a better deal.
This 2025 vintage is another rock-solid proposition from this most trusted producer. Layers of creamy stonefruits are intertwined with toasty oak and lemon brulee characters - and the lasting impression here is both balanced and rewarding.
Tasting note
Tropical flavours and stonefruits on the nose that flow through to the palate where they are joined with creme caramel notes and flavours of buttered toast.
