A touch of reductive flintiness on the nose adds complexity to lifted aromas of grapefruit, white peach, crisp apple, and subtle notes of ginger and blanched almond.
The palate is rich and creamy, with mouthfilling layers of peach, apple, and citrus, complemented by delicate toasted notes from fermentation in new and seasoned oak. Bright acidity keeps everything fresh, carrying through to a dry, satisfying finish. Get your share.
Tasting note
Notes of ripe stone fruits and orange. Lively acidity combined with vanilla and toasted coconut. Full bodied with a creamy and silky mouth feel and long finish combining both ripe fruits and subtle oak spice.
