Today, winemaker Kate Curd continues that legacy with the Selaks Founders range, a limited-edition collection that capture the best of each vintage with precision, passion, and tradition.

From a standout vintage, this pale gold Chardonnay was matured in 100% French oak with partial malolactic fermentation for layered complexity. It's excellent. Aromas of roasted almonds, ripe peach, nectarine, and warm buttered toast lead to an opulent palate of toasty brioche and juicy stone fruits. Rich, balanced, and with impressive length, it’s a refined expression of the Selaks Founders range
