Built upon NDC's famous New Zealand Dry Gin (their multi-trophy winning best seller), The Factory Gin is a collaborative New Zealand London Dry created by National Distillery Co. to celebrate and support Creative Arts Napier and its contribution to the local arts community. This limited-edition release was elevated with native harakeke seed - which adds a creamy mouthfeel, and extra native hit of round bitter-sweetness. The overall result is bright, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, with NDC's signature botanical core, a juniper forward palate, and familiar native kick.
This expressive London Dry combines juniper, Hawke’s Bay lemon and lime, cardamom, coriander, harakeke seed, angelica, orris, liquorice root, and cassia bark. Fresh citrus and fragrant pine lead the way before warming spice and earthy, forest-floor notes build through the palate. An easy fit for a premium G&T, while a citrus soda brings out even more of the bright Hawke’s Bay character.
Tasting Notes
Bright and aromatic with fresh lemon and lime, fragrant juniper pine, warming cardamom and cassia spice, and subtle earthy depth through a clean, balanced finish.
