Curious Garden

Curious Garden is a small-batch gin range from The Spirits Workshop in Christchurch, built around the idea that a garden of botanicals, not just juniper, is what gives a good gin its character. Each gin starts with the same Canterbury artesian water used across the distillery's range, prized locally for its purity. Rather than one fixed recipe, Curious Garden leans into variation, using different fruit and floral notes to give each expression its own personality.

The range spans a classic dry style built on juniper and citrus, through to softer pink and grapefruit versions that lean more floral and fruity, better suited to a long drink with tonic. All three are made in small batches at the same Christchurch site as the distillery's other spirits.
