Dancing Sands, a shining star in the New Zealand spirits world and quickly becoming a household name. Their distillery can be found nestled in the beauty of Golden Bay, where they have access to outstanding local botanicals and some of the world's best water.
Their dry gin is spice-forward with notes of cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns. Carefully balanced with manuka leaves and almonds, the gin is double-distilled and vapor infused with 8 carefully selected botanicals. It is then blended with water from the aquifer that feeds into the clearest spring in the world, Dancing Sands Spring.
Tasting note
A highly aromatic nose, bursting with green manuka leaves and juniper. Balanced on the palate, fragrant undertones of cardamom and Indian spices with a long liquorice tail.

This is a great gin. We love it. It's super versatile and goes well with most tonics / sodas. We enjoyed trying it with different fruits and vegetable garnishes also. We only discovered it earlier this year when we visited the distillery, but it is now a staple in our cupboard.
