Aotearoa Bitters Company Negroni is a locally made, ready-to-pour take on one of the world’s great classic cocktails. Handcrafted in Aotearoa using premium natural ingredients, it delivers all the bittersweet, herbal complexity you want from a proper Negroni without any measuring, stirring, or hunting around for three separate bottles. This six pack gives you plenty of perfectly mixed serves ready for aperitivo hour, dinner parties, or keeping the home bar effortlessly stocked.

This beautifully composed Negroni has already impressed Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas, who awarded it 92 Points and a Premium rating. Aromatic herbs, dried flowers, bark, clove, sweet spice, and orange peel lead into a palate that moves between natural bitterness and a rush of sweetness before finishing with lingering herbs and spice. Serve it well chilled over ice with a slice or twist of orange and the job is done.

Tasting Notes

Bittersweet and aromatic with dried herbs, orange peel, clove, dried flowers, and warming spice, followed by gentle sweetness and a long, classically bitter finish.
