Inspired by the world of perfume, Unlikely Companions distils its botanicals individually before blending them with precision, allowing each aroma and flavour to play its own part. Inside are two contrasting 375ml bottles, Rose + Szechuan Gin and Sea Salt + Kelp Gin, presented together in a beautifully finished debossed gift box.
The Rose + Szechuan is floral and lifted, combining rose petals and rosewater with a gentle tingle of Szechuan pepper, citrus, and classic juniper. Sea Salt + Kelp heads in a completely different direction, pairing zesty lemon with giant kelp, dill seed, liquorice root, and a touch of saline character for a crisp, savoury, ocean-inspired gin. Tasting Notes
