After pressing, the vibrant Pinot Noir skins are steeped in spirit, then distilled with just one botanical - juniper - allowing the grape’s character to shine through. The result is a gin that’s both bold and elegant, bridging the gap between wine and spirit.
Expect aromas of bright red cherry and wild strawberry alongside savoury notes of rosemary and thyme. The palate is juicy and layered, with ripe red fruit lifted by a subtle peppercorn spice. Innovative, expressive, and unmistakably Marlborough, this is gin with a New Zealand twist.
