Handcrafted in small-batches and proudly made in the beautiful Bay of Islands! 

Black Collar Gin has been distilled in the traditional London Dry style - using mainly organic botanicals which are carefully sourced from all around the world. The botanicals are macerated in a high proof neutral spirit made from sugarcane prior to distilling in their state of the art pot still.

Juniper-forward, with bright spice notes, and refreshing hits of citrus - the super Kiwi Gin makes an indulgent, multidimensional G&T.
