Broken Heart's Single Malt Whiskey has been patiently resting for over 6 years in a mix of charred bourbon and ex-spiced rum casks, emerging with a character that’s both youthful in energy and rich in complexity. It’s a spirit that wears its craftsmanship proudly - smooth, layered, and made for slow sipping.

From the bourbon casks you’ll find sweet vanilla, charred oak and butterscotch, while the rum casks bring gentle spice, stone fruit warmth and a silky, lingering finish. A whiskey with depth, charm, and a touch of decadence.

Tasting Notes

Malty and cereal-led with waves of vanilla, toffee, sticky date pudding, and crème brûlée. Subtle spice and fruitcake notes drift through, finishing mellow and buttery.
