Cardrona Distillery are world renowned for creating some of New Zealand's finest spirits, using pure alpine water sourced from Mount Cardrona, the heart of the Southern Alps, and local Canterbury grain to produce an unparalleled signature taste. 

This special single cask release, aged in an ex-Otago Pinot cask, delights with notes of sun-scorched nectarine, ripe berry fruits, fig, pecan pie, borage flower honey and clotted cream.
