Cardrona Distillery are world renowned for creating some of New Zealand's finest spirits, using pure alpine water sourced from Mount Cardrona, the heart of the Southern Alps, and local Canterbury grain to produce an unparalleled signature taste. 

This special single cask release, aged in an ex-Oloroso Sherry cask, delights with notes of maple pear tart, sticky raisins, hazelnut, chewy nougat, drizzled with borage flower honey.
