Cenote Anejo Tequila

Cenote Añejo is an ultra-premium tequila inspired by the crystal-clear underground water systems of Mexico’s Yucatán peninsula. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco, each plant matures for 6-7 years before harvest, ensuring the rich character of the agave shines through.

Aged for a full year in American oak barrels, this tequila takes on a deep amber hue and layers of flavour. Expect a smoky, woody nose with hints of vanilla, spice, and chocolate, giving way to a smooth, complex palate that balances depth with elegance.

Tasting Notes

Smoky oak and vanilla on the nose, followed by spice, chocolate, and sweet roasted agave. Smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced with a long finish.
