Dalmore 21YO Whisky 700ml

The Dalmore's most prestigious offering and the pinnacle of their Principle Collection. This exceptional whisky is aged in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, specifically selected from the renowned González Byass bodega, previously holding 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. The resulting whisky is a truly remarkable expression, full of unique character.

Tasting Notes

Seville oranges, bitter chocolate and Colombian coffee tantalise on the nose, while sweet liquorice, black forest fruits and roasted walnuts delight the palate, finishing with notes of peaches, ginseng and pear tarte tatin.
