The Firkin 49 is a 10 year old Single Malt Speyside Whisky from the Dailuaine distillery, double matured in Firkin custom made casks previously used for Oloroso & Amontillado sherry.

Another star is born! This really is something else. The oak and malt in combination are simply divine and shine through like sunshine on a heather speckled mountainside. Soft rich and herby on the palette, it finishes with a melting moment of light dried fruits and a subtle nuanced nuttiness.
