Crafted from wild maguey Mexicano agave that takes around 10 years to mature, this small-batch mezcal is full of depth, character, and a touch of wild soul. Harvested from the High Mixteca region and distilled by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández in Santiago Matatlán, it’s an artisanal spirit made the traditional way - cooked underground, fermented in pine, and double distilled in copper.

Tasting Notes

Earthy and vegetal with subtle smoke, peppery spice, and minerality. The finish is long, structured, and slightly herbal - a true reflection of the wild Mexicano agave.
