Los Siete Misterios Espadín was the first expression created by the brand, born from years of learning alongside Maestros Mezcaleros across Mexico. Produced in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, this mezcal embraces a full “seed to bottle” philosophy and showcases the village’s signature sweeter, spicier profile.
Crafted from Agave Espadín using traditional methods, it is cooked in an earthen oven over wood and river stones, then double distilled in a clay pot still. This meticulous process captures the richness of the region and honours mezcal’s artisanal roots.
Tasting Notes
Bright and expressive with aromas of avocado leaf, citrus, and wild herbs. The palate reveals a delicate minerality alongside floral tones, green spice, and a clean, lightly smoky finish.
