Made with an unconventional mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, triple distilled and aged in ex-bourbon casks before receiving an additional four years of maturation in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks.
Tasting note
The scent features a blend of rose water, ripe cherries, cinnamon, and red fruits. Upon tasting, one may detect hints of summer fruits, berry jam, vanilla cream, and soft orchard fruits with subtle honey undertones. The finish displays spiciness with dry tannins, toasted oak, and lingering, warm woody elements.
