Teeling Amber Ale Cask Irish Whiskey 700ml

Teeling have always loved a good cask experiment, and this Amber Ale Cask finish is one of their most intriguing. Teaming up with fellow Dublin innovators Dot Brew, they’ve created a whiskey that bounces flavour back and forth between beer and spirit in a way that feels genuinely fresh.

The process goes like this: Teeling send Dot Brew their rum casks, Dot Brew age an Amber Ale in them, then the casks return to Teeling to be filled once more with Small Batch whiskey. The result is a lively, character filled expression with layers of malt sweetness, soft hops, subtle fruit, and a gentle rum kissed warmth.

Malty sweetness, soft hops, light citrus, gentle spice and a rounded finish with subtle ale and rum cask influence.
