Teeling Blackpitts Big Smoke Cask Strength Irish Whiskey 700ml

The name "Teeling Blackpitts" pays homage to the historic Dublin district where the city's malt houses once stood. This area has earned the nickname "Big Smoke" among locals. Unlike other Teeling whiskeys, this particular Single Malt variety is made from malt that has been dried over peat smoke. The traditional Irish triple distillation process helps to lessen the medicinal flavors and highlights the smokiness of the whiskey. Following maturation in former bourbon casks, the smoky Teeling is bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%.
