The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is the third release in this innovative limited series - a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney that celebrates Scotland’s rolling fields and The Macallan’s deep connection to nature. Crafted using sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, this single malt is rich, citrusy and layered with soft, barley-sweet complexity.

From the whisky inside to the packaging made using recycled meadow cuttings, Amber Meadow is a true tribute to the land that inspired it.

Tasting Notes

Zesty orange and lemon lead the nose, layered with honeysuckle, coconut and ripe barley. On the palate, rich oak, scone sweetness, melon and soft green tea notes build to a long, honeyed finish.
