Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Cassia Bark, Liquorice Root, Lemon Peel, Angelica Root, Cardamom Pods, Peppercorn, Coriander Seed and Orris Root
Tasting note
On the nose, we have solid notes of juniper, coriander, orris and citrus. On the Palate, the juniper, coriander and citrus are nice and vibrant and distinguishable. Then the subtle sweetness from the Liquorice Root dwells on your palate before a crisp clean finish.

I got this as a birthday present and it did not disappoint. Chosen because I live in Tauranga and that this is a new distillery. Beautiful botanicals that are enhanced by pairing with different tonics. Will buy again :)
