Dame Sunday Gin is a tribute to the wild ones, the dames who sipped in secret, defied convention and kept the spirit alive when gin was something whispered, not poured. Even the octopus on the label is a nod to outlaws and late night conspirators a reminder to stay curious, stay unruly, stay wild.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of citrus, lemon verbena and coriander with a bold juniper core and soft spice from cardamom and Sichuan pepper. The palate is clean and vivid with juniper, citrus lift, warm spice and dry angelica. The finish is long and fragrant with a gentle peppery echo.
