Don Julio Blanco Tequila is the purest expression of one of Mexico’s great luxury tequila houses, crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave in the Highlands of Jalisco. Unaged and double distilled, it puts fresh agave firmly at the centre, with bright citrus and a clean, polished character that works just as beautifully sipped neat as it does in a properly made Margarita or Paloma. Don Julio’s story dates back to 1942, when founder Don Julio González established La Primavera distillery with an obsessive focus on quality over quantity.
This classic blanco is crisp and expressive, opening with fresh agave and lemon, lime, and grapefruit before moving into a lightly sweet, smooth palate. It also comes in Don Julio’s unmistakable short, rounded bottle, a design originally created so the tequila could sit proudly on the table without blocking conversation between guests.
