Made in Napier by National Distillery Co., it puts yuzu front and centre, delivering a profile that sits somewhere between lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit with plenty of fragrant citrus oil and freshness. It is a brilliant bottle for serving chilled, pouring over ice, or using to give spritzes and sparkling serves a sharper, more distinctive citrus lift.
This vibrant yuzu liqueur balances juicy citrus intensity with enough sweetness to keep the palate smooth and rounded, while still holding onto the fruit’s naturally zesty, slightly bitter edge.
