Gabriel Boudier Poire Williams Liqueur is a proper pear liqueur, made the traditional way and packed with real fruit character. It’s crafted by a producer who really knows their stuff, balancing old-school technique with a light, modern touch.
To get that depth of flavour, some of the Williams pears are distilled to capture the fresh, aromatic top notes, while the rest are cut, deseeded and left to macerate for five weeks. This slower process pulls out the richer, juicier side of the fruit. The two are then blended together and lightly sweetened, giving a liqueur that tastes clean, rounded and unmistakably pear-forward.
It’s an easy bottle to reach for. Sip it neat or over ice, add it to a spritz, or use it to bring genuine pear flavour to cocktails without things getting cloying or artificial.
Tasting Notes
Fresh Williams pear straight off the tree, with soft floral notes and a natural, gentle sweetness. Smooth and juicy on the palate, finishing clean and true to the fruit.
