Clarity Distilling's flagship Dry Gin is a heightened classic London Dry style gin, crafted to make for a perfect gin and tonic.
This is a bold and balanced New Zealand gin, with perfect hits of juniper, citrus and spice - all rounded out with welcomed earthy notes that also bring a long lingering finish on the palate. This dry gin will hold its own against any tonic, citrus or flavours you throw at it, making a solid staple to keep around for a classic gin based cocktail or G&T.
After launching in March 2023, just one month later the Clarity Dry Gin took home Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition - an incredible feat to say the least.

Tasting note
On the nose. Well pronounced juniper with subtle spice and citrus with a peppery tickle on the nose. On the Palate. Super classic, juniper, coriander, lemon, peppercorn and light earth notes.
