Produced at the Elemental Distillery, in the heart of Marlborough wine country, this is a crisp and robust London Dry styled gin. It's batch distilled in a bespoke 200L copper pot-still after a 24 hour maceration period in a sustainable neutral spirit.
NZ Botanicals include: Wildly foraged Kawakawa berries, gorse flower, Motueka hops, Gisborne grapefruit and Hawkes Bay grown coriander seeds.
Tasting notes
A juniper forward palate followed by a fresh grapefruit and hop zest balanced against a highly aromatic kawakawa and gorse nose.
Finishing long and clean with a slightly silky mouthfeel and lingering coriander seed note.
