Shot in the Dark wines come from the prolific stable of Johnny Quarisa - a man who knows better than most how to put real flavour into a glass of Aussie red. This Shiraz Petite Sirah is a big, friendly Aussie red that dials down the acidity and revs up the rich, smoky, ripe fruit flavours.
Tasting note:
Deep spice engages with notes of ripe berries with hints of smoke and espresso, culminating in a soft velvety finish. Fresh and voluptuous flavours of black cherry, blackberry, chocolate and spice.
