This beautifully balanced tonic has enough quinine bite to stay crisp and structured, while bitter orange oils add freshness and aroma without overwhelming the spirit underneath. Fever-Tree designed it to work particularly well with premium gin and vodka, as well as fortified wines such as vermouth, fino sherry, and white port.
