Made from 100% wild agave Tobalá by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández, this small-batch spirit showcases the floral, citrusy and delicately smoky charm that has made Tobalá one of the most sought-after agaves for mezcal lovers and newcomers alike.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and aromatic, with notes of geranium, chrysanthemum, green apple and tangerine. Pink grapefruit and sweet spices like pink pepper lead into a soft hint of peach yoghurt. On the palate, it's silky with balanced acidity, a touch of bitterness and a long, floral-citrus finish that lingers beautifully. Subtle smokiness supports - not overwhelms - the vibrant aromatics.
