Made by infusing their classic dry gin with the freshest strawberries and locally sourced rhubarb, the Dancing Sands team have made summer in a bottle. This pink gin is full of candied strawberry notes, which are cleverly balanced by the sourness of rhubarb. It's fresh, aromatic, and dangerously drinkable.
Tasting note
The gin has a lovable sweetness full of candied strawberry notes and a delicate balance with the tartness of rhubarb. The original dry gin layers of cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns still shine through making this gin quite complex.
