A classic Late Bottled Vintage port from this renowned house. Taylor's pioneered the late bottle vintage style - it was designed as a 'drink now' alternative to vintage port - and they continue to lead this popular style of port today. Sink in.
Tasting note
Intense LBV with refreshing red berry and stone fruit notes. Hints of raspberry, cherry, and red plum with a touch of blackcurrant and liquorice. Subtle cedary and minty tones, along with a redolence of violets, add a seductive hint to the aroma. The palate is firm and chewy, with a signature Taylor combination of strength and control. The finish is vigorous and long, with a burst of rich dark chocolate enhancing the intense berry flavours.
