AIX Rosé is made in the Provence region of France, just an hour North-East from the historical city of Aix-en-Provence. The Provence region is known for making the best rosés in the world. From the renowned appellation 'AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence', AIX nurtures its heritage and has a passion and dedication to make the best Provence Rosé possible. The 2023 vintage cleaned up at the award shows, and this little ripper is already following suit with this new vintage. The winery: "A bright, joyous, pale pink colour in the glass. A swirl lifts the intense nose of fresh peach juice, raspberries, and white floral blossom to the fore. Fresh stone fruit, raspberries, and the classic cranberry tang lead the palate and balance the fine acid tension. The AIX Rosé finishes with a refreshingly long, dry, and balanced mineral line."
