Inspired by the mineral perfumes and dryness of the Mediterranean, this is delicately flavoured rosé from Bijou Wines - an excellent small batch producer in the South of France. Showcasing lovely aromas of berries, citrus and floral honeysuckle, it is beautifully pale, light and crisp on the palate.
While perfect as an aperitif, pair with simple poultry or shellfish dishes for a match made in heaven.
Tasting note:
A delicately still wine featuring bright aromas of berries, floral honeysuckle and citrus. The palate is light and crisp, rolling over the tongue with frivolity, and ending on a smooth finish.
