Perfect for those who like their drams on the sweeter side, this decadent Honey & Rye whisky is a variation on their Oak & Rye expression, with the same distinct Rye taste complemented perfectly by the distinct sweetness of the locally sourced Manuka Honey.
Matured in Waiheke Whisky's oceanside barrel house and made with a rigorously refined mash recipe of 51% Corn, 28% Barley and 21% Rye, this release is here to stay as part of the new core range Harvest Home Series.

Tasting note
Aromas of honey and sweet spice caramel greet the nose. On the palate expect toasted oak, spices and vanilla bundled up in the familiar sweetness of Manuka Honey. The finish is surprisingly dry with notes of pepper and clove.
