Aged for a full 15 years, Nakano Vintage Umeshu is a rich and luxurious take on traditional Japanese plum wine. Deep amber in colour and packed with caramelly depth, it’s made from 100% Nanko ume plums grown in the famed Wakayama Prefecture. Smooth, decadent and beautifully balanced.
Delicious over ice, with soda, or as a boozy drizzle over vanilla ice cream.
Tasting Notes
Intensely rich with notes of stewed plum, caramel, brown sugar and roasted stone fruit. Silky and warming with a lingering, dessert-like finish.
