The Isle of Arran is a secluded paradise located 60km from Glasgow. Lochranza Distillery, the birthplace of the Arran Single Malts, features an ideal microclimate for whiskey maturation due to the combination of sea breezes, clear mountain air, and the Gulf Stream's temperature.
Tasting Note
A decadent rush of sweet vanilla greets the palate initially, followed by a subtle hint of cinnamon that gives a stimulating lift. The classic citrus notes of Arran whisky have been mellowed by aging, creating a delicious melange of flavor with a pleasant undertone of oaky sweetness.
