Arran's Quarter Cask is a refined and robust expression, bursting with a delightful array of flavours. It is a high-proof cask strength release and a seamless addition to Arran's esteemed range of Single Malt whiskies.
Arran Quarter Cask undergoes a seven-year maturation process in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, followed by an additional two years of finishing in American oak quarter casks, which give it its name.
Tasting note
The aromas of apple tart and pineapple brioche greet you. The distinct citrus flavours that Arran is known for are present, accompanied by the delightful notes of cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is a perfect balance of sweetness, with hints of honey, pineapple, vanilla, and coconut.
