The Highland Park 30YO Spring 2019 Release is the expertly crafted outcome of three different cask varieties, hand-selected by their Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. With ex-bourbon casks for sweet vanilla and honey notes, first-fill sherry casks for rich fruit and spice layers, and a touch of refill casks for balance, this expression is the result of fewer than 20 casks laid down in 1989 and earlier years.

Indulge in the smooth sweetness of vanilla and floral honey, balanced with soft caramel and refreshing citrus fruits. Experience the bold notes of bitter dark chocolate and warm spices, layered with the distinct aroma of aromatic peat smoke.
