A rare single cask bottling created exclusively for Aotearoa New Zealand, Highland Park Single Cask #254 is a masterful example of the Orkney distillery’s signature balance of smoke, sweetness, and spice. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 after 13 years in a refill hogshead, only 313 bottles exist - each one a true collector’s treasure.
At a commanding 64.8% ABV, it delivers the unmistakable Highland Park depth: honeycomb and orange zest lead into roasted stone fruits, baking spice, and a gentle wisp of sweet peat. Rich, complex, and beautifully balanced - a dram worthy of its exclusive release.
