Taking it’s inspiration from the sea, their Wave gin is a more classic style of gin with an oceanic twist. Ecklonia (seaweed) from Agrisea gives this gin a crisp dryness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. Already rippling through the bartending community, this is an incredibly versatile gin that is just begging to be used in your cocktails.
