Excellent Hawke's Bay Methode from a top producer. This is a broadly flavoured wine with depth and texture. It's full of lovely toasty brioche and crisp citrus characters. Highly recommended by the team. 

Tasting note

Elegantly dry in style it exhibits a fine and persistent bead, with creamy brioche aromas from malolactic fermentation and time on yeast lees in the bottle. Fruit sweetness balanced with natural acidity and green apple freshness create a mouth watering and lingering finish.
