Labelled Brut Extra (which confusingly means it is off-dry), this delightful sparkler brings zingy flavours of red berries and juicy watermelon into play, and finishes with a lick of fresh acidity - balancing the equation and making it a perfect off-dry aperitif for summer parties. It's deliciously moreish and food friendly too. Try it with an alfresco deli-platter or pair it with a slice of strawberry topped pavlova to see those red fruit flavours come to the fore.
Tasting note:
Pale pink in colour with persistent and brilliant perlage. A full, balanced and pleasant wine with a fresh bouquet of red fruits with flower notes. Excellent with appetizers, entrees and main courses of fish and white meats. Best served chilled.
