Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is the standard-bearer for the house style of Laurent-Perrier. Crisp, fresh and elegant, La Cuvée reflects the fundamental essence of their Champagnes. Laurent-Perrier, which is still family-owned by the de Nonacourt family, is now the fourth largest Champagne House. It is a very popular Grande Marque and the Chardonnay dominant (55%) La Cuvée is bold, mouth-filling wine in a complex style with brioche, roasted nut and hazelnut characters.
Tasting note:
Pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish.
