The suppleness of Pinot Meunier: 30 to 40%. The finesse of Chardonnay: 20 to 30%.
Tasting note
Just off-dry, showing green apple, citrus and brioche notes. The palate is sumptuous, rich and soft, filling the finish with a clean, alluring after taste.
