Black Collar Rum is spiced with vanilla, cinnamon, orange peel, cloves and aged in French Oak. The result is a luscious and exciting spiced rum that is full of natural flavour - great to mix with, and works perfectly in classic cocktails with a spiced rum twist.
Tasting note
Sweet, smooth, exciting! Vanilla, pears and caramel to start, followed by subtle warming spices. Great mouth-feel, with hints clove and cinnamon on the finish, and a welcome touch of toasted wood.
