No8's Founders Classic Gin is a refined expression of Kiwi ingenuity and craftsmanship. Distilled in Dunedin, it’s a beautifully balanced gin where juniper takes the lead, supported by bright notes of apple, lime, and lemon. Subtle warmth from pink peppercorn and nutmeg adds spice and depth, creating a classic style with a distinctly New Zealand twist.
True to the No8 spirit, it’s made using “Therese” - the distillery’s one-of-a-kind, hand-built still - a testament to the make-it-work attitude that defines this Dunedin team. Elegant, aromatic, and full of character, this is a gin that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
